FAQ

Every question, answered the way we make the product — honestly, and in full. If yours isn't here, a person in Seoul will answer it.

한 잔

The Cup

Like the café version, honestly. Matcha is bright, grassy, and gently sweet — fresh-cut tea leaves with a real latte's body. Hojicha is roasted, nutty, with caramel warmth and a hint of cocoa. Neither has the chalky finish you've learned to brace for.

The pouch is the shaker. Give it a quick dry shake first — a founder's habit; it loosens the powder and mixes smoother — then pour in about 200ml of milk, close the cap, shake for ten seconds, and drink straight from the pouch.

Milk gives you the full latte — dairy or oat both work beautifully. With about 180ml of water it's lighter and still smooth; some of our earliest fans drink it that way every morning. There's no wrong answer, only a richer and a lighter one.

Yes — warm, not boiling. Very high heat changes the protein's texture, so heat your milk to drinking-warm, then add and shake. A warm hojicha in the evening is the whole point of the Evening Dose.

Happily. It folds into a smoothie, shakes over ice, or whisks into warm milk like a traditional latte. Treat it as your matcha or hojicha base — the protein and collagen come along wherever you take it.

By the hour. Matcha is the Morning Dose — a level, settled lift. Hojicha is the Evening Dose — roasted and naturally low in caffeine. If you'd rather not choose yet, the Taster's Kit is a full day, twice, for $19.99.

The Formula

Because the seventh never had a reason to be there. Most protein drinks carry twenty to forty ingredients — stabilizers, artificial sweeteners, fillers that exist for shelf life, not for you. We stopped at six and gave every one a job: tea, whey isolate, skim milk, marine collagen, chicory fiber, monkfruit.

Filtration. Concentrate is cheaper and carries more lactose and fat along with the protein — the heaviness many people learn to put up with. Isolate is filtered further: ours is over 90% protein and under 1% lactose, which is why it sits gently.

Different jobs. The whey is the protein; the skim milk is the latte — its body and creaminess come from real milk rather than gums and thickeners. Milk also brings casein, the slower half of the protein, which stays with you longer than whey alone.

Daltons measure the size of the collagen peptide, and smaller is the point — 500 Da is the low-molecular size Korean beauty clinics choose, and the marine source is how that size is reached. There's a real amount in every pouch: 5 grams, printed on the panel.*

*These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Marine collagen is fish-derived — see allergens below.

Matcha carries the gentle, gradual energy of real tea — settled by its own L-theanine, so the lift is level rather than spiky. Hojicha is roasted, which removes most of the caffeine; it's the one we reach for after noon.

Zero added sugar. The sweetness comes from monkfruit — a small fruit used in Asia for centuries, not a lab — and there are no artificial sweeteners and none of stevia's bitter aftertaste.

Most lactose-sensitive people do well with it: the whey is filtered to under 1% lactose. It does contain skim milk, so it's low-lactose — not lactose-free. We'd rather tell you that plainly than find out together.

No — and we won't pretend otherwise. The formula contains dairy (whey isolate, skim milk) and fish (marine collagen). If a plant-based version ever meets the same standard, it will exist; until then, we'd rather be honest than early.

Contains milk and fish. Made in a facility that also handles other allergens — if you live with a serious allergy, the full statement is printed on every pouch.

일상

The Daily

Whenever care fits. Matcha was made for the morning — with breakfast, before the studio, at the desk. Hojicha was made for everything after noon: the wind-down, the warm cup that isn't another coffee. There's no schedule to keep; that's the point.

One pouch fits easily into a normal day, and there's no strict ceiling — what matters is your total protein across everything you eat. If you have a medical condition such as kidney or liver issues, check with your doctor about overall intake first.

Either. It sits gently enough to drink on its own — that's what the isolate and the under-1% lactose are for — and it's just as happy beside breakfast.

Yes — 24 to 25 grams of whey isolate is exactly what you'd want there, and the pouch means it's already in your bag. Strength is one of the four things every pouch gives back; it just doesn't have to look like a gym to count.

No — it's a latte with substance, not a meal in disguise. We'd never ask a drink to do a meal's job. Think of it as the most useful cup of your day, alongside real food.

Please ask your doctor first — not because anything in the formula is unusual, but because this season of your life deserves an answer from someone who knows you, not a label. They'll want to see the panel; it's all printed on the pouch.

The formula was made for adults — the protein amount and the matcha's caffeine are sized for grown routines. For children, ask your pediatrician before sharing.

The formula is six food ingredients, but green tea and any concentrated protein can matter alongside certain medications. Bring the panel to your doctor or pharmacist — it's written to be read, and they'll have your answer in a minute.

파우치

The Pouch

40 grams of powder — one full serving. Matcha carries 25g of protein, hojicha 24g, both at 147 calories with 0g added sugar, 5g of marine collagen, and 7g of prebiotic fiber. The exact panel is printed on every pouch.

A cool, dry place is all it asks — no refrigeration, no clips, no canisters. Shelf life is 24 months from the date printed on the pouch.

Because the tub was designed for the shelf, and the pouch was designed for your day. One pouch is one serving — nothing to scoop, measure, or wash — and the pouch itself is the shaker. Ten seconds of care, anywhere.

Yes — and not just on our word. Every batch is made in an FDA-registered, HACCP & GMP-certified facility in Korea and independently lab-tested to confirm the label matches the pouch. If you'd like to see the paperwork, write to us.
