The Flavors
Tastes like a treat.
Works like it should.

Bright & energizing
Matcha
Latte
Bright. Fresh. Energizing.
Our Matcha Latte leans into the natural, grassy aroma of real matcha. Fresh, green, and clean. Think bright, grassy notes with a hint of fresh-cut tea leaves and soft creaminess.

Warm & toasty
Hojicha
Latte
Warm. Toasty. Addicting.
Our Hojicha Latte highlights the roasted aroma of the tea leaves. Think gentle notes of roasted nuts, caramel, and a hint of cocoa. It’s naturally low in bitterness and feels smoother than coffee.

What’s inside
Six ingredients.
That’s the whole list.
Nothing added for the shelf.
Everything added for you.

Whey Protein Isolate (94%)
Primary protein source
Sourced from Wisconsin — 90%+ pure protein, under 1% lactose, fast absorption. The industry defaults to concentrate. We chose isolate, because your body shouldn’t have to work around the shortcut we didn’t take.

Skim Milk Powder
Texture + sustained release
Seoul Dairy · Adds smooth, creamy mouthfeel and contributes casein for a slower, more sustained protein release throughout the day.

Marine Collagen (500 Da)
Skin & joint support
At 500 Daltons, our marine collagen is significantly smaller than standard collagen peptides — which means it absorbs where it matters. A meaningful dose, not a label claim.

Chicory Root Fiber (Prebiotics)
Gut health
A prebiotic fiber that feeds the gut microbiome — with downstream effects on digestion, immunity, and sustained energy. Rarely included in protein supplements. We made it standard.

Green Tea (Antioxidants)
Flavor + clean energy
Matcha for brightness and a clean lift. Hojicha for warmth and depth, with naturally lower caffeine. Real tea — not flavoring — is what makes each variant taste the way it does.

Monkfruit Extract
Natural sweetener
Zero calories. Zero glycemic impact. No stevia aftertaste. Monkfruit gives Hancha its subtle sweetness without compromising what the product stands for.
What makes Hancha different
A Deeper Dive.
Whey Protein Isolate
Why we chose isolate
over concentrate.
The supplement industry defaults to whey protein concentrate because it’s cheaper to produce. Concentrate retains lactose — the milk sugar that roughly 68% of the global population struggle to digest. The bloating and discomfort most people accept as normal? That’s the ingredient, not the category.
We use Whey Protein Isolate from Wisconsin Whey — one of the world’s most established dairy suppliers. WPI goes through an additional filtration process that removes nearly all lactose, leaving 94% pure protein that absorbs cleanly and sits well.

Marine Collagen
Why we source from the same supplier as Korean beauty clinics.
Most collagen on the market is large-molecule — it passes through before the body has a chance to use it. At 500 Daltons, ours is significantly smaller than standard collagen peptides. That size difference determines whether it actually absorbs — or doesn’t.
We source directly from the same supplier trusted by skincare and beauty clinics across South Korea. The same standard they hold for skin treatments is the standard we hold for what goes in this pouch.
Exact per-serving amounts are printed on each pouch’s nutrition panel.
Chicory Root Fiber
Why the ingredient no one talks about might matter most.
Gut health is upstream of everything — energy, immunity, mood, recovery. Chicory root fiber is a prebiotic that feeds the microbiome directly, with downstream effects that most protein supplements never think about.
It’s rarely included in protein products because it costs more and adds complexity to formulation. We made it standard because the alternative — ignoring gut health entirely — wasn’t a standard we were willing to accept.

Green Tea
Why we use real tea
instead of flavoring.
Matcha and hojicha aren’t flavoring. They’re the reason the product exists. Each variant is made with real Korean tea — matcha for a clean, sustained lift, hojicha for warmth and depth with naturally lower caffeine.
Green tea extract also brings antioxidants that support cellular recovery. It’s not a headline ingredient here — it’s doing quiet, consistent work in the background. Which is exactly the kind of ingredient Hancha is made of.
Questions
Good to know.
Like the café drink, not a supplement. Matcha is bright, fresh, and lightly grassy with a soft creaminess; Hojicha is warm and toasty, with notes of roasted nuts, caramel, and a hint of cocoa. The flavor comes from real Korean tea, not flavoring — so there’s none of the chalky, artificial finish most proteins leave behind.
Open the pouch, add your base, shake, and drink straight from it — the pouch is your shaker, so there’s no bottle, scoop, or measuring. We make ours with milk (about 200 ml); for something lighter, water works too (about 180 ml). Adjust to taste.
Cold or warm both work beautifully. We don’t recommend boiling-hot liquid, since very high heat can affect the protein’s texture — warm, not scalding, is the sweet spot.
Matcha for a bright, energizing lift; Hojicha for something warm, smooth, and naturally lower in caffeine — lovely later in the day. Undecided? The Taster’s Kit has two of each.
It comes from real green tea, so it’s gentler and more gradual than coffee. Matcha is the higher of the two; Hojicha is naturally lower.
Zero grams of added sugar. The subtle sweetness comes from monkfruit extract — no calories, no glycemic impact, and none of the aftertaste stevia can leave.
Each 40 g pouch has 25 g protein (24 g for Hojicha), 147 calories, and 0 g added sugar — measured before you add your base.
There’s no strict limit; one pouch fits easily into a normal day’s protein. As with any protein, what matters is your total intake across everything you eat, so factor it in — and if you have a medical condition such as kidney or liver issues, check with your doctor first.
Most lactose-sensitive people do well with it: we use whey protein isolate, filtered to under 1% lactose, rather than the concentrate most brands use. It does contain skim milk powder, so it’s low-lactose, not lactose-free.
Contains milk (whey isolate and skim milk powder) and fish (marine collagen). Made in a facility that also handles other allergens.
